The NKG Kala Hamburg can handle the following customs procedures for you:

We have a bonded warehouse Type "C", where your coffee can be sampled, weighed, inspected, cleaned and stored in the silo or in bags. No VAT, import taxes or other duties are levied until delivery of the goods to a destination within the European Community. For deliveries to EU countries other than Germany, we can take care of your INTRASTAT registration for you. We can also prepare the necessary export documentation for ALL destinations.

We also can clear goods for unrestricted circulation within the EU, paying all taxes, excises and duties for your account.

We are certified participants in the most modern Customs software applications in Europe: ATLAS and NCTS, the electronic declaration, processing and transit systems.
